Guide Unto Glory!

Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, And afterward receive me to glory.

Psalm 73:24

So often, we are confused when we look at the lives of those who are not living according to the word of God but do prosper. This confusion leads into questioning, doubt, disappointment and even pain. The Psalmist was in the same state until he went into the sanctuary of the Lord and understood their end. He then repented because of his short sightedness and remembered his own state when he looked at himself, at his state in the light of God.

All of us have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. However, as we repent, humble ourselves and turn to Him, He holds us by our right hand. He will guide us with His counsel, through the darkness, tears, pain, sorrow and storms. Whatever the path you are walking in today, you can run to Him and pour it out at His feet, and He will guide you and fill you with His peace and joy. He promised to be with you until the end, and He will be with you until He receives you to glory.
