Rise Above The Storm!

Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee At the waters of Meribah. Selah.

Psalm 81:7

When the storm is harsh, the thunder that comes along with it is deafening. But, when you rise above the storm, there is a stillness and quietness where there’s peace and solace. The storms of life bring thunders that are overwhelming and cause you to buckle under pressure. The intense weight of the pain and tears are just too much to bear at times that you’d just want to give up and hide somewhere where you’d find peace and rest.

The Lord invites you to find that secret place of thunder in Him, the place from where He answers you. When you rise above the storm, when you shift your focus from the things that are distracting you from your focus on Him, when you look upto to Him with hope and confidence, when you place your trust in Him to see through the impossible, you will find that place and solace you are looking for in His embrace. He will answer you in a way much higher and greater than you would have ever imagined.
